Shipping and payments

Shipping

We ship throughout Greece with ACS and Geniki Taxydromiki. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.

Charges for parcels up to 6 kg

  • Attica: €3.50 + VAT
  • Mainland (province): €4.00 + VAT
  • Islands: €5.00 + VAT

For weights over 6 kg the charge is calculated per 6 kg package. An order from 6 to 12 kg is charged double the price above, from 12 to 18 kg triple, and so on, up to 20 kg.

Heavy parcels, over 20 kg

For orders weighing more than 20 kg, shipping is arranged differently. In Athens, delivery is made on the company's own route, while in the rest of the country it is made through a freight agency. The cost is agreed with the sales department before dispatch.

Delivery time

The delivery time is agreed on request and depends on the availability of the fabrics and the destination. After the order is registered you will be contacted by the sales department.

Pick-up from the company

You can collect your order from our offices and warehouse, 2 Averof St, Egaleo 12244, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00. Please arrange it first with the sales department on 210 531 9952 or at sales@gbtextiles.gr.

Payment methods

All prices in the store are shown without VAT. 24% VAT is added at checkout, together with the shipping, before you complete the order. Wholesale prices are shown after your account has been approved with your tax number (AFM).

Write the order number in the payment reference. The order goes into processing as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Cash on delivery

You pay in cash on delivery, to the courier company's employee.

Payment by link

The sales department can send you a payment link for your order by email. You open the link and complete the payment, without having to repeat the order.

Card payment

Payment by credit or debit card will be added soon.
